One of the missions of Blue State Coffee is to help improve the communities we live in. We decided to release this compilation CD so we could showcase local Rhode Island artists and then donate the proceeds to a great cause, The Fund for Community Progress. A State of Blue is the first release of Blue State Records and takes a walk through the 80's. 90's and 2000's visiting some of Providence's musical history. So turn it up and enjoy rocking out for a good cause!
